The Quality Partner will work across the organization to create an environment of continuous listening and learning to enhance services, environments, and outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, coaching, and support in interpreting and implementing relevant regulatory frameworks in a person-led manner, delivering high-quality services, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
* Conduct detailed, impartial, and expert reviews of service quality through audits in a designated geographical area.
* Collaborate with the people we support and their families/careers to assess and review the quality of support provided.
* Engage with and assess against regulatory frameworks, specialist support requirements, H&S regulations, risk management, and all aspects of social care governance.
* Drive outstanding performance through responsive and adaptable approaches to coproduction and engagement with service users and caregivers.

We require the following experience for this role:
* Experience as an operational manager delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Experience conducting quality audits and using evidence-based assessments to improve quality
* Knowledge of delivering outstanding services and leading teams to provide high-quality, person-centred support
* Experience working with people supported and their families/careers
* Effective use of information and communication technologies
* Experience with regulatory and contract compliance inspections and frameworks
