The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners and the wider department with the efficient progression of residential property matters, ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the transaction process.
The Role
Working closely with fee earners and the management team, responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the day-to-day management and progression of residential property files
2. Handling client enquiries both face to face and via telephone/email in a professional and efficient manner
3. Supporting fee earners with legal procedures and transactional work as directed
4. Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
5. Assisting with file opening procedures and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
