Multiskilled Maintenance Technician Bradford Up to £45K Permanent My client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) join the team. They are a modern retail and e-commerce business who are looking for an electrically bias Maintenance Technician to carry out PPM within their warehouse facility based in Bradford. Key Responsibilities – Multiskilled Maintenance Technician • Maintain equipment such as balers, compactors, roller shutter doors and canteen equipment. • Sprinkler system - maintenance and repair of sprinklers and associated equipment. • Fire alarms testing, testing and repair of emergency lighting and portable appliance testing. • Maintain and update records in a timely manner. • Efficiently manage breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs quickly and efficiently on site equipment to minimise production losses • To carry out repairs and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning plant (excluding the refrigeration component) • To undertake first response to fire alarms (Full training given on site) • On call 1 week in 5 (building maintenance) Qualifications & Experience – Multiskilled Maintenance Technician • Recognised apprenticeship in electrical engineering, preferably with Mechanical experience • City and Guilds Level 3 Inspection & Testing (Course 2391) or equivalent • City and Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering (Course 2380 18th Edition) or equivalent • Extensive experience in installation, fault finding and repair of electrical equipment in an industrial/ commercial environment.
