We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a general supply basis in secondary schools across Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover staff or anyone with strong behaviour management skills looking for flexible work in education.
🔹 The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Ensure students remain on task and engaged
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessonsThis role does not require planning or marking.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, mentoring etc.)
Strong classroom or group management skills
Confidence covering a variety of subjects
A calm, professional and adaptable approach
