Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0AN, with occasional travel to other sites
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 07:30 to 16:00/Fri 07:30 to 12:50 (38 hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and details orientated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. This role combines creativity with analytical insight, driving digital marketing initiatives while supporting events and traditional marketing activities. The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Manager across our small group of businesses to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Key activities for the role:
1. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to provide marketing support and project coordination, ensuring the smooth delivery of work.
2. Create engaging written and video content for various platforms, including social media, blogs and newsletters through effective copywriting.
3. Design of assets for use both on and offline
4. Update and management of company websites & webshop, including; content, stock updates, formatting images and making general content amendments as needed.
5. Maintain an organised schedule to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance current strategies/performance across the various digital platforms
7. Analytics and reporting – monitoring performance using tools like google analytics and provide actionable insights through regular reports
8. Market research, stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and platform stages to support with refining strategies
What you'll bring:
9. Proven experience in marketing role or similar position
10. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
11. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
12. Proficient in copywriting with a strong command of the English language for effective communication.
13. Video editing, graphic design, photography, and content creation skills.
14. Experience of Shopify beneficial
15. Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects at one time
16. Great attention to detail
