Key Job Requirements as Master Technician/Mechanic:
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairCarry out Used/New car preparationRepair and Service Vehicles to Franchise SpecificationEnsure all work is completed safely and complies with dealer requirements, manufacturer and industry guidelinesFulfil all tasks to the customers complete satisfactionAchieve Industry -Leading standards of process efficiencySkills We Think Will Help You Succeed In this RoleAttention to detailsProblem solvingExcellent communication skills
Master Technician/Mechanic required experience – If you've got it, we want it!
Qualified to Master Technician levelThe knowledge to use modern diagnostic equipment.The capability of working to the highest quality standards.Great team player and communication skills.The ability to set, review and achieve targetsCoaching and great communication skillsPrior experience of working to efficiency targetsTime served or hold NVQ qualifications of Level 3 or 4Master Technician accredited
