Are you ready to make a splash this weekend? Join us as a Lifeguard in our vibrant Splash Waterworld! This part-time role offers 8 hours of fun over the weekend, which can be split between Saturday and Sunday or completed in a single full day.
As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes. Your superb attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will shine as you interact with guests and promote exciting poolside activities.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can easily connect with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for safety, we want to hear from you!
* Ability to monitor the pool effectively, especially during busy times.
* Work well in a team but also thrive when supervising areas independently.
* Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential, as you’ll be a vital part of our team.
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—if you pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification.
Butlin's Swim Test Includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading Water
* Surface Diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Pay: £12.21 for all ages 16+
