Overview
To work autonomously as a Physiotherapist as part of an MDT to provide holistic SDEC care to unwell patients.
To prioritise, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care, analysing patient needs and making judgements about best practice contributing to the assessment and treatment of patient to prevent hospital admission.
Responsibilities
* To provide leadership for junior/non-registered staff as appropriate to the post, through supervision and appraisal, delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
* To manage own caseload.
