We’re looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join the team at a modern, well-equipped bodyshop in Sheerness. You'll be working on a variety of new and nearly new vehicles, helping ensure a high-quality finish every time.
🔧 Role Overview
As a key member of the paint team, you will be responsible for:
1. Spraying vehicles using water-based paints
2. Colour matching and mixing paint to spec
3. Performing minor to full panel resprays
4. Working on cars and light commercial vehicles
5. Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
6. Proven vehicle paint spraying experience
7. Skilled in mixing and applying water-based paints
8. Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work
9. Own air-fed mask and paint guns (required)
10. Full Category B driving licence with no more than 6 points
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
