Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Your Role
As a Curriculum Room Leader, you will:
* Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting’s curriculum intent
* Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
* Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
* Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
* Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
We’re looking for someone with:
* Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
* A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
