You’ll lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences that support our people and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a small team of Digital Learning Consultants
2. Oversee and project manage the design and development of digital learning content across I&F
3. Create compelling, high-quality learning experiences using modern digital tools
4. Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design and blended learning
5. Collaborate with L&D Partners to support curriculum development
6. Manage Bupa Learn administration and troubleshooting
7. Maintain and improve digital learning workspaces
8. Implement evaluation strategies to measure learning impact
9. Represent I&F Learning in discussions with People Tech and Group Digital Learning teams
10. Support continuous development of your team through coaching and training
What We’re Looking For
11. Has experience designing digital learning in a global, matrixed organisation
12. Has led teams and delivered successful digital learning programmes
13. Is confident using instructional design frameworks and digital authoring tools
14. Can create storyboards and asynchronous e-learning content
15. Understands adult learning theory and pedagogy
16. Communicates complex ideas clearly and creatively
17. Is passionate about learning and curious about new trends
18. Is digitally savvy and up to date with the latest learning technologies and is an expert in their use
19. Has strong project and program management skills
20. Has strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills
