Job Description
Fairmont St Andrews’ talented and dedicated Pastry team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join them.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Sous Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining standards at Fairmont St Andrews.
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen service with other departments alongside the Sous Chef.
* Address staff queries and resolve issues related to your assigned kitchen area.
* Coordinate and deliver training to kitchen staff and participate in hotel initiatives such as Health and Safety and Green Team committees.
* Motivate and train staff effectively.
* Prepare daily food items according to business requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
