Customer Care Officer
Location: Portglenone
Hours:
1. Summer (Apr–Sept): 25 hrs/week (Tue–Sun, 11am–4pm)
2. Winter (Oct–Mar): 15 hrs/week (Fri–Sun, 11am–4pm)
Transport: Must have access to transport for travel across Council sites
Main Purpose:
To provide caretaking, cleaning, and customer service at Portglenone. The role includes maintaining facilities, supporting operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Clean and maintain public buildings, toilets, car parks, and open spaces
4. Monitor health and safety compliance and site security
5. Welcome customers, issue keys, and provide information
6. Maintain inventories and records of vessels
7. Support events and liaise with contractors and site operators
8. Act as an ambassador for the client, delivering excellent customer care
