Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Secondary School Support Staff on a supply basis across local secondary schools.
Roles Available with Teaching Personnel
* Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
* ️ Behaviour Support
* Pastoral Support
* SEND Support
* General Classroom Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting students aged 11–16 in the classroom
* Providing 1:1 or small-group support
* Assisting teachers with lessons and activities
* Creating a positive and safe learning environment
* Supporting students with additional needs
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching etc.)
* ️ Strong communication & behaviour management skills
* A patient, proactive and supportive approach
* Availability during school hours
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
