Annie Haak Designs is an independent online jewellery retailer based in Petersfield. Our jewellery is made to order with a large percentage handmade in our office. We have built a loyal customer base and pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and the service we provide.
We are looking for a Part-time Despatch Assistant as a Christmas Temp to join our team who has excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude as we come into our busiest season.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.30am till 2.30pm based at our office in Petersfield, however, the start and finish times can be flexible for the right candidate. Overtime may also be available from mid-November to Christmas.
The contract will be until 9th January 2026, and we are looking for an immediate start.
Key Duties:
* Despatch customer orders – includes quality inspection, checking the products are correct, polishing the jewellery, packaging items for the customer to receive, preparing the parcels for Royal Mail collection
* Gift wrapping orders – includes tying ribbon and bows.
* Ensure despatch materials are always topped up ready for use – this will include assembling postal boxes, folding tissue paper, pre-cutting ribbon, cutting gift wrap paper, etc.
* Package our QVC stock – this includes quality inspection, polishing, packaging, labelling.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Unload box deliveries as required into our storeroom.

* Good hand eye coordination and dexterity
* Reliable, with a good work ethic
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work in a team or independently
* Computer literate – our despatch system is computerised
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

Pay: £12.21 per hour
