The Role As a Contract Manager, you will lead the operational, commercial and customer-facing activities of the Mitsubishi contract, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Specifically, you will take full ownership of key stakeholder relationships, leading regular performance reviews, managing commercial negotiations, and acting as the primary point of contact for any client escalations. Alongside this, you will control operational and financial performance, ensuring accurate cost and revenue management, P&L oversight, and the timely production of internal and external reporting. Youll also manage and support a small team of two, providing clear leadership, guidance and development opportunities to help individuals reach their full potential. Additionally, you will: - Drive Health & Safety compliance - Deliver continuous improvement across processes and customer service delivery - Explore logistics revenue growth opportunities - Uphold quality management standards through Kaizen and Right First-Time principles About You To be considered as a Contract Manager, you will need: - Extensive management experience within a warehousing operation, including knowledge of modern facilities and WMS - Proven experience managing customer budgets and driving business improvement - Commercial awareness and budgetary responsibility, including contractual understanding - Strong customer and stakeholder relationship management skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint - A good level of general education, including written English The closing date for this role is 22nd October 2025.
