What will this role include?
* Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Crafting and implementing strategies for maximum impact.
* Utilising data-driven insights to refine and optimise campaigns.
* Ensuring analytics and reporting provide clear ROI tracking.
* Collaborating with content, sales, and customer success teams to align campaigns with business goals.
* Managing campaign messaging, targeting, and creative execution to resonate with key audiences.
* Leading and developing a team of performance marketers.
* Allocating resources effectively and ensuring smooth campaign operations.
* Enhancing team productivity through coaching and structured guidance.
* Driving customer satisfaction by managing queries efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* 5+ years in B2B marketing campaign management, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles.
* In-depth knowledge of media agency workflows.
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse clients
* Expertise in audience segmentation, persona targeting, and data-driven marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign tracking, automation, and lead flow optimisation.
* Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
* Background in customer experience management.
* Effective cross-functional collaborator.
