A market-leading property company in the vibrant city of Cardiff is looking for a Office Administrator to support our growing team of Case Handlers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin and communication skills who enjoys a varied workload and being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
Your Role:
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the case handlers with day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes:
* Assisting case handlers in progressing property cases
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, calls)
* Updating internal systems and databases
* Organising and filing important documentation
* Supporting the team with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Good IT and admin skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A positive, professional, and flexible attitude
* Ability to multitask and support several team members
