People and Culture HR Business Partner - FTC
Location: High Wycombe (HP11 2EE)
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees, is excited to offer an opportunity for a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract, 6-months, to join our People and Culture team.
About the Role
IPC International is experiencing an exciting period of transition and our People and Culture team are seeking an experienced, and people-focused HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract to support the business in a time of transformation through effective people practices.
As a trusted advisor, the HRBP will partner closely with managers and the People & Culture team to support the delivery of our People and Culture strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business, providing advice, guidance, and support on all Employee Relations and other People & Culture matters.
* Provide support, coaching, and development to a team to ensure the effective delivery of People & Culture services across the organisation.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
* Identify and analyse People & Culture metrics to measure the effectiveness of People & Culture programs and make recommendations for improvements.
* Manage, support and participate in People & Culture projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget.
* Ensure compliance with all People & Culture policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Support with DE&I projects and communications.
* Support the Head of People & Culture.
