Salary: £22,113 – £25,480 per year (Based on 35-hour week)
Shift Pattern: Evenings (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM) & Sleeping Nights (9:30 PM – 10:00 AM)

Beam ABA Services is recruiting full-time Behavior Support Workers to deliver home- and community-based programs across Enfield and Haringey. What You’ll Do
* Assist in implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) & Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
* Teach life skills, communication, and social interaction
* Provide personal care (e.g. toileting, feeding, hygiene, medication)
* Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
* Take daily behavioural data and progress notes
* Attend training, team meetings, and stay compliant with safeguarding policies
* Work flexible hours including 2 evening/weekend shifts and up to 2 sleeping night shifts weekly
What You Need
* Minimum 6 months experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities
* Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting client well-being
* Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available only for UK residents)
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
* 1+ year experience supporting special needs populations
* Familiarity with ABA methodology
* Experience managing challenging behaviours
* UK Driving License (desirable)
