At Trident Group, we’re looking for a skilled Property Manager to join our dedicated team, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and capital works across our co-operative housing portfolio. What you’ll be doing? As our Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Technical & Project Delivery Conduct detailed property inspections and diagnose structural issues Prepare specifications and oversee highquality repairs and refurbishments Ensure compliance with building regulations, HHSRS, CDM, fire, and asbestos standards Resident & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the key point of contact for coop residents and leaseholders Incorporate resident feedback into project planning and delivery Support the development and training of staff Commercial & Strategic Manage budgets and contribute to longterm investment planning Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification Maintain accurate asset data to inform investment decisions Who we’re looking for?
