Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Officer (PSO) to join their PMO team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in change delivery, offering hands-on experience in project and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Project Managers with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
* Assist with procurement processes, including raising and tracking POs
* Help prepare documentation for stage gate assessments and governance forums
* Maintain milestone plans and contribute to weekly reporting
* Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination and minute-taking

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Confidence to raise issues and ask for support when needed
* A team player who is supportive and collaborative
Any experience or knowledge in IT, finance, or project environments is a bonus, but not essential.
