The firm has a strong reputation across the North West market and continues to attract quality commercial clients across development, investment and landlord & tenant matters. They are now looking to appoint an ambitious solicitor who can help shape the future growth of the department.
The Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of Real Estate matters, including:

* Development transactions

* Portfolio management

* Real estate finance work
\t
* Corporate support transactions
