Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Division
Crawley (Hybrid Working)
£30,000 – £70,000 OTE
Monday to Friday
Talented People is an established recruitment business based in Crawley, and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Division.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing a busy temporary desk
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
* Business development and growing existing accounts
* Delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
* Previous recruitment experience (ideally within a temp or fast-paced desk)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
