Your Role as a Support Worker
* Supporting personal care routines with dignity and respect
* Delivering specialised care (e.g. PEG, stoma, tracheostomy – full training provided!)
* Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
* Promoting independence and enabling choice in daily living
* Promoting independence and empowering choice
* Maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards
* Being a warm, consistent and reliable presence for the people we support
What We’re Looking For
* A kind, patient and proactive approach
* Experience in care is desirable, but not essential – we provide full training
* A willingness to learn new clinical skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or sleep-ins if required
* A full driving licence is beneficial
