We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join an ongoing social housing contract in Leeds, focusing specifically on kitchen renewals. The Role and Responsibilities: Rip-outs & Preparation: Safely removing old units, suites, and tiles. Carpentry & Joinery: Installing kitchen base/wall units, worktops (including mitred joins), and boxing in pipework. Tiling & Patching: High-quality wall tiling and floor finishes, along with basic plaster patching to ensure a smooth finish. Safety & Standards: Ensuring all work meets social housing quality standards and building regulations. What You'll Need: Significant experience in full kitchen installations. Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served in joinery or plastering, with strong skills in secondary trades (Tiling/Plastering). Valid CSCS card required for site access. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between properties. Asbestos awareness and manual handling certification. A polite and professional manner when working in occupied homes.
