Job Title: Technical Product Owner – Infrastructure (M365 Migration)

Location: Coventry

Contract Type: Fixed-Term / Contract - 12 Months


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Infrastructure team, driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) migration. This is a hands-on, technically-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has a deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT systems.


Key Responsibilities

* Own the product backlog for infrastructure-related projects, particularly the M365 migration.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
* Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Prioritise and manage backlog items to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
* Act as the key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
* Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful delivery.
* Champion best practices in infrastructure, cloud migration, and enterprise IT.


Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in infrastructure or enterprise IT.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) services, migration strategies, and associated technologies.
* Background in infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), networking, and security.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Scrum, Product Owner) are a plus.
* Hands-on involvement in M365 migration projects.
* Familiarity with enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
* Experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
