You'll be part of a small, collaborative development team (7 people) working across the full stack, helping to design, build, and scale modern applications that support real-world medical innovation. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Cambridge office (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and 2 days from home - giving you the balance of teamwork and flexibility. What You'll Be Doing Developing and maintaining scalable applications using PHP, JavaScript, and React. Working on new product features that directly impact healthcare professionals and patients. Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to architectural discussions. Collaborating with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver well-tested, secure solutions. Deploying and maintaining systems on AWS, with a focus on performance and reliability. Working in a supportive environment that values learning, growth, and technical curiosity. What We're Looking For Commercial experience with PHP and modern JavaScript (React). Good understanding of MySQL and relational database design. Experience deploying or maintaining services in AWS (or another cloud platform). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.
