Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Oak Tree and Water Meadows Leisure Centre, Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom.
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, alternating schedule on week one (Mon, Tue 11am‑7pm; Wed, Thu, Fri 1pm‑6pm; Sat, Sun 9am‑2pm) and week two (Mon, Tue 11am‑7pm; Wed 1pm‑6pm).
Salary: up to £19,099 per annum + Commission + Excellent Benefits.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for growing the Serco leisure gym membership and swim lesson programme. You will be based mainly at Oak Tree Leisure Centre & Water Meadows, but will also cover local sites to support site performance or provide cover.
Responsibilities
* Ensure daily/weekly KPI’s are achieved (calls/appointments/lead generation & sales).
* Create and deliver outreach plans to increase lead generation into our centres.
* Create engaging social media posts that showcase areas of the business requiring growth.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences ensuring high conversions into sales.
* Assist other staff members as required.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates with previous experience dealing face‑to‑face and over the phone with customers in a busy sales environment. You should possess good communication and customer care skills, be mature and calm under pressure, able to handle cash and maintain customer records, and have a confident telephone manner and competence with IT systems. Proactiveness, innovation, self‑motivation and a target‑driven attitude are essential. A driving licence is desirable due to travel between sites, and a Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor qualification is also desirable.
