As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that our store is a welcoming and inspiring place for customers and staff alike.


Responsibilities

* Leading and managing daily store operations to achieve both short‑term and long‑term goals.
* Creating a shopping experience that delights customers and encourages repeat business.
* Recruiting, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
* Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory management procedures are followed.
* Analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies to maximize performance.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a similar sector.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* A customer‑centric attitude, with a genuine interest in kitchenware and culinary arts.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable with tracking sales metrics and inventory management.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.

This is a fixed‑term maternity cover until October 2026 working on a full‑time basis, 40hrs/week, Monday to Sunday on a rota.
