You’ll be part of a trusted firm known for long-standing client relationships, repeat instructions, and forward-thinking legal advice. You’ll handle a varied caseload with autonomy while being supported by experienced colleagues. You’ll work closely with clients at important stages of life, providing clear, practical guidance they rely on.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Managing a mixed caseload including Wills, LPAs, trusts, and probate matters
• Providing tailored advice to individuals and families, ensuring a sensitive and professional approach
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider private client department
• Supporting business development through excellent client care and maintaining long-term relationships
We're looking for:
• A qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
• Strong knowledge of Wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Confidence managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• STEP qualification or progress towards it is beneficial but not essential
