We’re working with some fantastic secondary schools across the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area, and they’re looking for Cover Supervisors who are reliable, energetic, and great with young people. No planning, no marking—just step in, guide the class, deliver the work that’s already set, and help keep things running smoothly.
⭐ What you’ll be doing:
Walking into classrooms like a legend and delivering pre-set lessons
Keeping students on track and engaged (your “teacher stare” will come in handy!)
Creating a calm, positive atmosphere so learning can actually happen
Supporting different subjects—every day is a new adventure
Spotting any issues and letting the teaching team know
Being that friendly, firm, reliable adult students can look up to
Keeping everyone safe and following school safeguarding procedures
⭐ What we’re looking for
CACHE Level 2/3 or at least 6 months working with young people
Someone who can confidently manage a classroom without stressing
Great communication and a sense of humour definitely help
Flexibility—you might be in Maths one day, Drama the next
A “let’s get stuck in” attitude
