At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Van Technician, to join our Mercedes-Benz vans dealership in Heathrow, to help us deliver quality vehicle maintenance and repair.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Day to day, you will be:
1. Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer
2. Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work
3. Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate
4. Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
5. Describe vehicle’s condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions
6. File appropriate documentation on each repair
This role will be a great fit for you if:
7. You are level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance qualified
8. You have previous, practical working experience as a van technician
9. Customer service experience advantageous
10. You are computer literate and confident using technology
11. Current and full UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle classes
12. Ability to identify worn and faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards
13. Fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face
14. Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
15. Good administrative knowledge
16. Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales

22. Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repair
