Expectations
• Development and implementation of a package engineering plan(s) and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the tasks identified within the engineering plan
• Development and implementation of a T&I Management Plan and management of any internal and external services or resources that are required to deliver the activities that are defined within this plan
• Coordination of all package specific interface tasks required to ensure compliance with the requirements of the project's Interface Management Plan
• Responsible for preparation of the T&I elements of any documents that are required to support the discharge of our consents
• Responsible for ensuring a cable replacement/repair strategy and methodology is developed
• Responsible for liaison with and management of Marine Warranty Surveyor
• Responsible for overseeing offshore company representatives
Requirements
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Overall, 10 years work experience with minimum 5 years' experience in subsea inter array cables (preferably offshore wind)
• Direct experience of EPCI contract procurement with value >£50m
• Proven track record of safely managing the execution of complex offshore works in hazardous marine environments.
