Job Description Job Title: Production Administrator (Part-Time) Reporting To: Operations Director Overview - Main Purpose of the Role The Production Administrator will support the Operations team with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data management and smooth coordination across production, planning, and purchasing functions. Key Responsibilities Compile data and update internal systems to support and communicate business reporting Open and close production orders in line with batch management processes Support the Demand Planner with MRP data and reporting Assist in the creation of procurement plans and support Purchasing with MRP data Facilitate Tier 3 meetings, including documenting actions and updating inventory and sales information Collate Production OEE data and upload reports Please note: This list is not exhaustive, and responsibilities may vary in line with business needs. Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment in a support role Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience with SAP MRP systems Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel Working Pattern Part-time role (hours to be agreed) If you're interested, please call Liv on 07484 066998.
