What you'll be doing:
Supporting the business with day-to-day retail operations and performance
Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
Helping build community connections and support local engagement
Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team

What we're looking for:
Experience as a Store Manager within a retail fashion, footwear or accessory setting
