Salary: Salary: £38,500 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)

I’m currently working with a forward-thinking client in the hospitality sector, a design-led brand reimagining the classic roadside diner experience for the modern traveller. With a unique blend of style, digital innovation, and accessible pricing, they are setting a new benchmark in the “budget-luxe” space.
Following the success of their first sites in the South and South West, the brand is expanding rapidly across the UK. As part of this growth, they are now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of their upcoming locations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, driving commercial performance, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality management experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the diner team, setting clear expectations and objectives
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training
* Ensure high standards of service, aligned with brand values
* Monitor and report on KPIs to drive operational efficiency
* Manage stock control and supplier relationships
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Support a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a Diner, Restaurant, or General Manager
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams of 20+
* Excellent communication and operational planning abilities
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* A personal licence or hospitality qualifications are beneficial but not essential

* Salary: £38,500 – £50,000 per annum
