Alice House Hospice is looking for a passionate and motivated Shop Manager to lead our Northgate charity shop.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the vital work of the hospice by maximising income through retail while creating a welcoming environment for customers, donors, and volunteers.
As Shop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring it operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and reflects the values and mission of Alice House Hospice.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Shares our commitment to supporting the work of Alice House.
