A new full-time position is available working in the operations department of a successful marketing business, essentially the central hub where you will be working across all other departments
You will work closely with the Head of Operations, scheduling content for clients, liaising with clients and the local sales team to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns
Your role will involve:
* Scheduling content across various platforms for sales team campaigns
* Ensuring all campaigns go live successfully on their scheduled date
* Liaising with Local Sales Administrator to ensure deadlines are met re campaign artwork
* Advising and amending creative content if required
* Liaising with sales team for weekly photography requirements
* Preparing photography briefs, checking incoming photography and sorting incoming photos
* Supporting with general administration
* Supporting Head of Operations with project management tasks
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
* Previous experience within an operational or planning role
* Experience in marketing/advertising/media broadcasting would be desirable
* Excellent communication, organisational & prioritisation skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise tasks and set objectives, working autonomously to ensure deadlines are met
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word
* Basic knowledge of Abode Creative Suite (Photoshop in particular) would be advantageous
* Client & customer communication experience with professional phone manner
