Hours: Part Time - 25 - 32 Hours per Week

Stafflex are working with a local business who are looking to recruit a Office Secretary on a permanent basis to join their team. We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative office-based role who can work to their own initiative and support the business in it's operational needs.
Key Duties:
* Electronic filing
* Maintaining physical documentation
* Telephone duties
* Processing business enquiries
* Data entry
* Various other administrative/secretarial duties
Key Requirements:
* Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented
* Friendly telephone manner
* Ability to take own initiative and investigate where needed
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement
* Can do attitude
