Purpose of Role
Due to continued expansion and growth and internal promotion our client is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager who has experience or working within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You will have experience of working within the FMCG sector or other fast paced manufacturing environments.
Job Description
* Overseeing 70 / 80 staff across and early and late shift
* Making sure that stocking levels are fully replenished at all times
* Working alongside the team during busy times to keep up with demand
* Conducting 1-2-1's with operatives
* Making sure Health & Safety is being adhered to at all times
* Keeping all staff up to date with training and certification
* Working with senior Manager to look at way to improve the Warehouse and Goods in
Experience Required
* Ideally you will have the knowledge of and be able to use some or all of the following
o VNA
o Combi Lift
o Reach Truck
o Counter Balance
o LLOP
o PPT
o L12
o P20 Tow Tractor
* Experience of managing large numbers of operatives
* Be able to motivate staff
* Experience of working in a busy Good In Warehouse
