Teacher of Art / Textiles Required for September 2026 or January 2027 Full-time or part-time considered MPS/UPS We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Teacher of Art and Textiles to join a successful and supportive department. This is an exciting opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner to contribute to a thriving secondary school with high aspirations for student achievement and personal development. The successful candidate will be passionate about Art and Textiles, committed to delivering engaging and high-quality lessons, and able to inspire students of all abilities across Key Stages 3, 4 and, where appropriate, Key Stage 5. They will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom practice, and a commitment to fostering creativity, confidence, and independent thinking in young people. The department plays a key role in promoting artistic excellence and encouraging students to develop their practical, creative, and critical skills. The successful applicant will work within a collaborative team that values innovation, curriculum development, and the sharing of best practice. There will be opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the subject area and to support a range of enrichment activities, exhibitions, and extra-curricular opportunities.
