Parts Coordinator - Doncaster

Are you an organised, proactive individual who prides themselves on delivering a high-quality service, and who is a great rapport builder with customers?We're looking for a Parts Coordinator to take ownership of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and improve existing processes, support a close-knit workshop team, and play a key role in ensuring our technicians have the parts they need to keep our products in top condition. (This is not working in a car dealership!)
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the full parts process from ordering to storage
* Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranty items
* Maintaining stock levels and organising inventory
* Preparing customer estimates and coordinating with service staff
* Handling paperwork and invoices for service and accounts
* Arranging deliveries and courier services
* Ensuring parts are stored correctly and efficiently
* Supporting both internal teams and external customers
What We're Looking For
1. Prior experience in the vehicle parts supply chain would be ideal but not essential.
2. A strong understanding of vehicle schematics and technical components would give you a distinct advantage.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
