 
        
        Joiner – Combined Facilities Management (CFM) Ltd
We are looking for a Joiner to join our Facilities Management team in Northern Ireland. This is a permanent full‑time position based in Belfast. The role involves delivering response maintenance repairs and a range of joinery services across a fast‑paced environment.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * First and second fix joinery, including ironmongery, kitchen installation, door installation, glazing and general joinery works.
 * Working on void and tenanted properties, surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general repair services.
 * Providing a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants, following site supervisor instructions and meeting client needs.
 * Observing the highest standards of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment.
 * Maintaining a clean and tidy work site, preparing accurate and timely documentation.
 * Carrying out duties in line with company policies and procedures and any other reasonable duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Relevant joinery experience (first and second fix). Demonstrated knowledge of minor building and maintenance joinery.
 * Valid CSR card.
 * Full driving licence.
 * Available for out‑of‑hours callouts on a rotational basis.
Desired Skills
 * Experience in social housing sector.
 * Proof of Working at Heights harness training.
 * Effective communication skills with customers.
 * Experience with PVC flooring and ceramic wall tiling.
 * Familiarity with PDA, smartphone or mobile working device.
