Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Head of Cricket to shape the strategic vision, coaching standards, and long-term development of cricket across the School.
Responsibilities
* Lead the coaching programme from junior to senior teams.
* Manage seasonal planning and player development pathways.
* Strengthen the School's presence in regional and national competitions.
* Establish meaningful partnerships with local and county clubs.
* Provide clear routes for talented players to progress within elite pathways.
Qualifications
* Experienced coach with knowledge of coaching standards.
* Ability to inspire young players and champion excellence at all levels of participation and performance.
* Committed to nurturing potential and delivering high-quality coaching.
