Job Description:
Im working with the CTO of a modern, market-leading crypto firm on building the most advanced trading infrastructure for digital assets, powering global liquidity across CeFi and DeFi.
Theyre seeking an exceptional Quantitative Developer to join a newly formed high-frequency trading team, focusing on low-latency trading and DeFi integration, and helping to develop a new Rust-based trading platform from scratch.
You will work under a renowned HFT expert, contributing to the design and scaling of one of the industrys most ambitious crypto trading systems.
Role:
* Develop high-performance trading algorithms for low-latency and high-frequency strategies.
* Build and maintain front-office systems for real-time data, risk management, live trading, and post-trade workflows.
* Integrate on-chain data sources by connecting to DeFi protocols and real-time feeds.
* Design and run backtests to validate and refine models.
* Implement risk controls such as capital limits and stop-loss mechanisms.
* Monitor live systems and troubleshoot production issues in real time.
Experience:
* 2-8 years of experience in building HFT or trading systems.
* Strong understanding of order books, order state machines, and market microstructure.
* Excellent programming skills with focus on performance and low-level optimization.
* Proficiency in Rust, or strong C/C++ experience with willingness to code in Rust full-time.
* Experience or interest in crypto markets is a plus.
* Leadership in a greenfield HFT project in crypto.
* Ability to work in an international team and environment.
