Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Windsor that is seeking a dedicated teacher to join their resource unit base, supporting pupils with high and complex needs.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), ideal for a teacher who thrives in a nurturing, structured environment and is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role:
* Based within the school’s on-site resource unit, separate from the main classroom environment
* Supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2 with a wide range of complex SEND including autism, medical needs, sensory processing difficulties, and behavioural challenges
* Working closely with a skilled team of TAs, therapists, and the school’s SENCo to provide high-quality, individualised education
* Adapting teaching strategies to suit various learning styles and developmental levels

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary or SEND specialist background welcome
* Experience teaching pupils with high and complex needs in either mainstream or specialist settings
* Confidence in developing and delivering differentiated, EHCP-focused learning
* A calm, nurturing approach and a genuine passion for inclusive education
* Strong teamwork and communication skills – able to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
