You will be responsible for: • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils at all times. • Plan, deliver and assess high-quality teaching to meet the needs of all learners, within a mixed-age class. • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. • Track, record and report on pupil progress, attainment and development. • Set clear expectations and manage behaviour using positive strategies. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents and external agencies. • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s ethos and values. • Engage in professional development through the school’s professional growth projects. • Contributing to the school’s statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
