The opportunity Sitting within the HR function and reporting to the HR Director, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll for approximately 600 staff (including part-time employees). This is a sole payroll position, supported by part-time assistance for Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) processing. The role offers full ownership of payroll operations, statutory compliance and systems oversight, while working closely with both HR and Finance.
