JOB OVERVIEW
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for daily content production across our digital platforms, ensuring we stay relevant, engaging, and trend-led. This is a hands-on role that requires fast editing, social-first thinking, and a journalistic POV to capture and tell compelling brand stories in real time.
You must have fundamental knowledge, interest and experience in social media for an innovative luxury brand, as well as personal brand building.
This role is both creative and pure executionary. You will attend shoots to capture and create engaging b-roll content, interviews, UGC content, and copywriting. You will be dialled into social trends and able to easily translate them into the world of DDRE global and its People. You’ll be a creative thinker and always ready to try something new.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* 📸 Create Engaging Social Media Content - Develop, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media campaigns, with a focus on BTS, trends, and UGC-led storytelling.
* 🎥 Real-Time Content Capture - Film and post live content from events, property tours, and behind-the-scenes moments to ensure fresh, on-the-pulse updates.
* 📅 Content Calendar Management -Work with the marketing team to plan and execute a structured yet proactive social content schedule.
* 🚀 Trend-Driven Strategy - Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, implementing innovative storytelling techniques to keep DDRE Global at the forefront.
* 🧠 Creative Development - Assist in moodboarding, storyboarding, and conceptualising engaging content for key campaigns.
* 🎯 Integrated Social Strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with all media strategies for maximum impact.
* 🔍 Personal Branding for Team members - Work closely with the marketing team to amplify DDRE teams presence through tailored, high-quality social assets.
* Support the Social Media Manager to manage DMs and messages. Build and activate community engagement.
Who You Are
* A social-first content creator with a strong understanding of fast-paced, trend-driven storytelling.
* Experienced in photo and video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva, CapCut. Proficiency in Canva and Capcut. Adobe Creative Suite is preferred as well, but not a must.
* Passionate about people, storytelling, luxury real estate, branding, and digital marketing.
* A creative problem solver, able to pivot quickly to capture and publish content in real-time.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc and what performs best on each platform.
* A fast editor who can deliver high-quality content on tight turnarounds
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven track record of qualitative social media content creation (stats).
* Knowledge of all current social media platforms. Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.
* Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.
* Ambitious growth mindset and results driven.
* Effective time-management and organisational skills.
* Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media content.
* Experience with social media & editing tools.
* A passion for storytelling and an ability to tailor content for different audience types.
